  • Manage each job during the Preconstruction, Project Execution, and Closing Phases.
  • Assist in planning projects and managing resources to ensure the accuracy of the Project
  • Plan (i.e. Budget, communication plan, work scope, schedule, work breakdown structure
  • and organization structure).
  • Ensure projects maintain a schedule by updating Gantt Charts every two weeks in the software being utilized for the job.
  • Managing material take-off and procurement as needed, logging all Change Orders and Requests for Information (RFI) according to the Communication Plan.
  • Participate in Weekly Team Huddles with PM and field teams as needed to establish upcoming milestones, goals, issues, or constraints.
  • Maintain project budget by indexing all invoices and receipts according to relevant Cost Codes and meeting with the Project Manager.
  • Perform Site Inspections according to the Project Schedule, ensuring all construction activities follow Issued for Construction (IFC) Drawings.
  • Develop and maintain checklists for site supervision at critical stages of construction and before inspections in pursuit of high quality and proper workmanship of the crews.
  • Ensure Client Meetings take place on schedule during the Preconstruction, Project Execution, and Closing Phases of construction.
  • Ensure all final Punch List items are complete and acceptable to the customer prior to final client sign-off.
  • Pursue an efficient and timely project closure to ensure customer referrals and positive reviews in the community.
  • Pursue a good working relationship with the customer to keep the job flowing smoothly, the customer happy and a trusting and collaborative working environment.
  • Adhere to RedOven PS Construction’s values, policies, and procedures while holding others accountable for the same.
  • Develop SOPs for your role and continuously improve them as lessons learned develop and projects develop.
  • Maintain and update accurate data for yourself and your assigned crew daily as well as complete a weekly review of employee time cards.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling and update CRM data to produce weekly Project Progress Reports to be sent to all project stakeholders.
  • Manage all Change Orders and RFI during the Preconstruction, Project Execution, and Closing Phases in coordination with PM.
  • Update all Cost Codes weekly in coordination with the CFO.


  • Highly skilled Site Superintendent with experience managing construction projects from execution to completion.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing projects in the construction industry.
  • Experience with construction management software tools and current technology.
  • Experience with energy efficient building technology, techniques and their applications.
